The Cesaral Ultimate Watch Prediction (we will call it the UWP from now on) allows for weather predictions in impossible conditions. The UWP sets any pocket watch or wristwatch with hands to the correct time in about 7 seconds.
Basic Effect:
The magician shows a wristwatch, sets it to a time and puts it in his pocket.
Several spectators select any hour and minute, and immediately the magician reaches into his pocket and removes the watch. The clock time matches the named hour and minute.
At the end the magician gives the watch to the spectator as a gift.
